Vegaflor History
In the year 1988 a group of Ecuadorian partners, entered the business florícola, acquiring a plot of 9 hectares, in the Hacienda La Vega, located in San Pablo del Lago (Otavalo - Ecuador), to develop a project of 6 hectares of roses. It made the first contacts with the company Meillan, producing vaieties of roses, located in Antibes, France, who would provide technical assistance. Thus was born Vegaflor, with 3 hectares and 5 varieties. 
Subsequently, Vegaflor has grown every year, and currently has 15 production hectares, after the formation of Floralworld S.A. (located in Tabacundo near Cayambe snow), that began with 5 hectares of currently has 11 hectares, forming between the two farms totalling 26 hectares, planted in full of roses with a variety of over 100 varieties.
To maintain attractive exportable supply in different markets, the Group conducts a yearly renewal of approximately 15% of plants.

We distribute our roses to the whole world, who specialize our crops and processes for compliance with the requirements and demands of the Russian and European markets especially.

Our brand IndianRose, this positioned in the Russian market among the top 10 for quality of the roses that we export.
